Full Transcript Introduction to Hydrogen Therapy 0:00 It's always such a pleasure to chat with you. 0:03 And we're going to be talking about one of the the tools 0:07 and therapeutics that I wholeheartedly believe in. 0:10 I mean, I have one of the machine. 0:12 I know it's an older version. 0:13 I want to Genesis machine behind me 0:17 because those were the original. 0:22 Antique. 0:22 Yeah, it's a it's amazing with technology how fast it advances. 0:27 And then all of a sudden a few years later, you 0:29 there are better versions, you know, so. 0:31 Oh yeah. It's better. 0:33 Yeah. So so talk to me a little bit. 0:35 Why did you get into hydrogen? 0:38 Yeah. 0:39 That's what I'm going to kind of condense it. 0:41 But the first question you ask is what is hydrogen therapy. 0:44 Right. It's like, you know, some people that are brand new to this. 0:47 So what I like to say is hydrogen therapy is the administration of hydrogen gas 0:51 into the body through inhalation, or the drinking of hydrogen infused water 0:55 or diffusing of hydrogen through the skin, you know, through enclosing that area 1:00 in a bag or sleeve. 1:01 And the hydrogen is such a small molecule, it penetrates very easily into the skin. 1:05 I've got some new stories I want to say about that as well later on, 1:07 but this is all for the purpose of faster 1:09 healing from various health conditions and better overall health. 1:13 And so next question is, well, how do you administer hydrogen? 1:16 So one of my well, well, one of the ways right here, some of my props 1:21 a glass of water. 1:22 You fill this with some nice clean water. 1:24 Filtered water. Distilled water. 1:26 You bubble the hydrogen gas into the water, let it bubble for 15 1:29 to 20 minutes. 1:30 It's then it's about as densely populated or diffused with hydrogen water 1:33 as can be after just 1520 minutes. 1:35 And you don't want to let it sit long. You drink it right away. 1:38 I find that's one of the actually the least effective ways to get hydrogen 1:41 in the benefits of the body, but it's so effective depending on your condition. 1:44 I've seen, you know, men with, 1:46 you know, in large prostate, just drinking the rudder allows that to shrink. 1:50 And so they compete again, you know, I've got people reported back to me. 1:53 He's like, oh Ben I can p again. Like what are you talking about? 1:55 I started drinking the water from your machine and it's working for me. 1:58 And so the next way just take an example. 2:03 Is many people call it 2:05 the on oxygen to hospital, but we use the same nasal oxygen cannula.
How Hydrogen Is Delivered 2:09 But to deliver hydrogen to the body, to loops around your ears, your nose 2:13 and cinch it up around your chin. 2:14 So that's one of the 2:15 that's the most effective way we found to deliver hydrogen to the body. 2:19 One more 2:20 that's not know anything else is doing it in pioneering as much as we have. 2:23 But we call a bag or sleeve and I fix my shoulder like this. 2:27 Just experimenting little by little. Eventually I came up with this. 2:30 Got a drawstring you cinch down around your bicep and up around here. 2:34 I had shoulder pain for two years constant, and after a week or two 2:40 of doing overnight treatments, it has the pain hasn't come back. 2:43 So those are the main methods of hydrogen inhalation therapy or just hydrogen 2:47 therapy in general. 2:49 So I mean, it sounds to me because a lot of people, they 2:52 they have kind of in the water, you know, hydrogen infused. 2:56 And then also you have these little pills, you know, that 2:59 that people drop into the water and you see them bubble and hydrogen, 3:03 they feel they're drinking, you know, lots of hydrogen. 3:06 So can you talk a little bit about kind of quantity wise, you know, 3:09 how much are you getting through inhalation versus 3:13 if you fuze the water versus if you take the little pill 3:16 that bubbles a little, you know, hydrogen. 3:19 Right. Right. Yeah. Good. 3:20 Good question. And I get that question a lot actually. 3:22 But in a glass of water, which is about eight ounces or so, 3:25 you can typically only infuse talk and volume wise 3:28 because it's easy to relate to volume only three, 4 or 5ml of hydrogen gas. 3:34 You know the molecule 3:35 into a glass of water, which is very, very, very little calculated 3:39 that if you just breathe from a inhalation machine about an hour, hour and a half, 3:44 you get about 8000 to 10,000 times more hydrogen into the body. 3:48 So that's orders of magnitude indifference. 3:51 Also the the hydrogen tablets they put into water, 3:54 it's more parts per million you get. 3:55 But it's still a very minute amount of hydrogen and by volume. 3:59 Right. 4:00 And so if you're putting, you know, popping the pills or drinking the water 4:03 and that's getting any benefits, I mean, I did it not I did not either. 4:07 There are benefits, but I say 80 to 90 of the benefits come from the inhalation. 4:11 And just because of the sheer quantity of hydrogen that's available to your body, 4:15 the bagging with the sleeves, it allows more concentration of hydrogen 4:18 to get to those areas in different parts of your body. 4:20 We even make garments for the neck. 4:22 People with breast cancer to strap across here, 4:24 even shower caps for improving the the hair growth and the color. 4:28 Coming back just recently I've got my my weak spot as their back pain. 4:32 So I had a bigger strap. 4:34 It's like a big sleeve that I, I almost like a mini skirt. 4:37 I put my body and cinch down and I'm just overnight, 4:41 after two weeks of pain, it's gotten the improvement jumped a lot. 4:44 So I'm excited about doing that again myself just because it works. 4:48 So yeah, just to go back to your original question, 4:50 yeah, there's the hydrogen water works, but very few people I talk to 4:54 say that, man, it's working great for me. 4:55 I feel the effects most people talk to. 4:57 They just don't feel the effects. 4:59 And I'm saying that's because you need. 5:00 It's a factor of quantity there. 5:02 Right? Yeah. 5:03 And so and that back to my story. 5:06 You know I'm not a doctor, you know. 5:07 So I offer a different perspective on this. 5:09 And my background is actually a academic background as an electrical engineering 5:13 and as a natural health enthusiast from those 30 years. 5:16 And so my initial goal was to heal myself, 5:18 you know, increase my own health span and quality of life, because even my 40s, 5:21 I was starting to feel the effects of aging and no one likes I just like the 5:25 the lack of energy, fatigue, cognitive kind of like like, what am I doing today? 5:28 Maybe serious brain fog. 5:29 I'm like, oh my God, I knew, 5:30 I knew something was wrong with me and I need to fix this, right? 5:32 Because I'm like, I'm too young and my kids are young. 5:34 I want to be around and be mentally, just physically and strong for all this. 5:38 And so we all want more. 5:39 More energy, better sleep or shop or mind. 5:41 Faster healing, reduce aches and pains and just feeling more youthful. 5:45 Right. 5:45 And so I as part of this health journey, I joined some private longevity groups
Hydrogen Dosage and Why Inhalation Matters 5:51 where we would share and discuss the latest research regarding like, 5:54 biohacking and supplements and anti-aging. 5:58 And then a interesting supplement came across our group called carbon 60, 6:01 and it was before it became mainstream. 6:03 But after doing they actually worked. 6:05 We're making it ourselves at home and feeling the effects, energy, 6:08 just mental clarity and all this stuff 6:10 and said, well, what is the work in the mechanism? 6:12 Because that's an engineer like, well, how what is this doing? 6:14 Because it's a very inert molecule that has no biological function 6:18 in the body. 6:19 So after more deeper research into this, I found that, you know, they'll use it 6:22 for hydrogen storage and a possible way to store hydrogen for hydrogen cars. 6:25 Right. And it's like, oh, that's interesting. 6:27 And so but long story short, 6:29 it turns out that the carbon 60 acts as a transport mechanism for hydrogen. 6:33 I'm like, oh my God. Well, that makes sense. 6:34 I mean, there's a lot of biological 6:36 connections between hydrogen and the body, and that's what's the missing link. 6:41 That's the working mechanism, which was so cool 6:42 to find that in more research in that direction. 6:44 And so going in that direction, I found even more research. 6:47 There was already some research 6:49 being done with hydrogen and how it's connected with health. 6:52 And I came to this from a totally different avenue. 6:54 I'm like, oh my God, this makes sense. 6:55 You know, we're seeing the effects in the science backing this all up. 6:58 And so I ended up building the water and the tablets really didn't work for me. 7:02 I didn't feel anything. 7:03 So I ended up building my own generator, 7:04 which is you got into the originals back there, just basically off the shelf parts. 7:08 And, you know, long story short, I mean, it worked. 7:10 I'm like, oh my God, this work. 7:11 And as I shared my story, fixing my aches and pains, shopper, 7:14 shopper mind that our energy just sharing my story. 7:17 People like well with associates and colleagues 7:19 like people came to me like, Ben, you know me 7:22 one make me wanna make me want to kind of like get pushed into business like that. 7:26 Yeah, yeah. 7:27 And so hydrogen. 7:28 What what I mean, you're having all these effects, 7:30 you know, you're you're feeling kind of that anti-inflammatory. 7:33 Your brain is sharper. You've better energy. 7:36 What does hydrogen do in the body? 7:37 I mean, what is this function so that we can have that impact 7:41 on the person there. 7:44 That's all. 7:45 Once I knew it works I'm like, well, how does this work? 7:47 And how does hydrogen relate to a body? What's the connection there? 7:50 And so for getting results there must be some connection. Right. 7:53 So but it turns out that hydrogen is very natural to the body. 7:56 In a healthy gut microbiome, your body can actually produce 8:00 as much as 6 to 12l a day in your gut. 8:03 Right? With good healthy microbiome down there. 8:06 And because most people nowadays are at a disadvantage because they have 8:10 a very unhealthy gut and a lot of gut problems, so they're at a disadvantage. 8:13 Another interesting site to mention at a time that your body produces hydrogen 8:16 naturally there it meets evolves like that without eating habits. 8:19 The microbiome produce the hydrogen in your to the body. 8:22 So you body takes advantage of that. 8:24 But an interesting study out of Japan. 8:25 A while back 8:26 they were doing a study 8:27 on long live Japanese people that have lived over 100 years and 8:31 measuring the concentration of hydrogen in the exhalation of their breath. 8:35 They found to be much higher than the general population. 8:38 And so in that case, hydrogen is associated with longevity, 8:42 because maybe they got a healthy microbiome there. 8:44 But it's it's cool that I found you. 8:46 The more you look, the more you find evidence linking those two together. 8:49 So you can start to think of hydrogen nowadays 8:51 as a supplement that people are missing. 8:53 But it's super interesting to find those connections. 8:57 Well, I mean, it's cool you're talking about the microbiome. 9:00 How are a good healthy gut bacteria then then produce that quantity of hydrogen 9:06 so that that reasons to they then say that hydrogen, 9:10 we are meant to have a large quantity of hydrogen in our system for our health, 9:16 for controlling inflammation, controlling energy production 9:19 and all of those things. 9:20 And we know obviously with cancer looking at cancer, 9:24 there's always inflammation prior to cancer. 9:27 That's always the case. 9:29 And we also know it is a metabolic dysfunction, meaning that you know, 9:33 your your mitochondria are are failing 9:36 and they're shifting in how they're producing energy. 9:39 So whatever we can do to mitigate 9:42 inflammation, mitigate energy production is huge. 9:47 And here we have done a tool that essentially we are meant to have. 9:51 We were meant to produce a large quantity of hydrogen. 9:55 So anything we can do to support that process, you know, seem to me 9:59 is going to benefit us in the long run, not just preventative, but also if you're 10:05 going through a cancer journey, we want to optimize these processes. 10:10 Right, right. 10:11 Exactly that. 10:11 That leads me to the five things that I noticed myself.
Personal Journey Into Hydrogen Research 10:15 You know, our clients noticed in connecting to the science. 10:17 And those things are, you know, 10:19 number one, just more energy in that less directly back to the mitochondria. 10:23 And what I noticed myself too, is I'm just less fatigued, 10:27 a boost in energy, better performance, you know, exercise performance, 10:30 you know, better recovery, more stamina, strength, more endurance. 10:34 You know, when when running, better sleep, less need for naps. 10:38 And you can like this back in directly of studies showing this that 10:41 when related directly back to the mitochondria 10:44 and how it helps the mitochondria more efficiently produce that ATP 10:48 energy molecule at a very low cellular level. 10:51 And so when things are fixed at that level level, 10:53 it kind of cascades up to the rest of your body. 10:56 It also reduces oxidative stress, you know, went on as a result of metabolism. 11:00 If those byproducts are not neutralized, that directly leads into inflammation. 11:05 And that's the second thing I want to mention here, 11:07 all these inflammatory conditions that start at that low level. 11:12 When the body ages, there's less natural antioxidants 11:15 available to glutathione in your body to neutralize some of those free radicals. 11:19 And that the hydrogen actually, there's connections 11:21 to how the hydrogen can actually boost your body's natural production 11:24 of glutathione and natural antioxidant, which is even better. 11:27 So the hydrogen helps you up regulate certain body processes to help your body. 11:31 But it can kind of keep 11:32 what I find in so many cases, it helps your body find that balance. 11:36 Right. 11:36 And so, you know, first of all, you know, more energy inflammation 11:40 and have actually found studies linking to how, 11:42 you know, how you can act as a proton donor 11:44 and electron donor in that Krebs cycle and put it in production of ATP molecule 11:48 also in a way that the mimics exercises the mitochondrial level. 11:53 It kind of like stresses out in a way that it rebuilds more resilient 11:57 mitochondria and even increases on genesis, 12:01 the rebuilding of more mitochondria as a small stressor due to the hydrogen. 12:04 And people note that in their energy levels as well. 12:08 And so for energy to the inflammation, we see all inflammatory conditions 12:13 that results from this stress reduce joint pain from arthritis and so on. 12:18 The third thing you notice is that improved circulation. 12:20 And I mean I was so interested in this, I bought a 12:22 we got a nail full capillary microscope 12:24 to look at the capital of my finger and say what is going on in there? 12:27 And we noticed that. 12:28 I noticed myself, look at that personally, that the velocity of your blood cells 12:32 is actually increasing. 12:33 You can see less clumping going on, more bright, 12:36 vibrant cells as compared to other people that may have been sickly. 12:39 And then we noticed within just 20s of inhaling the hydrogen, 12:42 the velocity in these little, little stop little blood cells. 12:45 And your copy started moving like, oh my God, you can see a difference, 12:48 you know, and, 12:48 and after I took it to a show and I'm putting everyone's finger in there 12:52 just for myself to learn. So I just try it and everyone's interested. 12:55 It's like, man, just to prove it to myself as an engineer, it's hard to, 12:58 you know, just throw out it. 13:01 Throw it out when you see it with your own eyes, man. 13:03 This is you see it again and again. Something is working there. 13:06 And but a lot of this can be traced back to when you put the water 13:10 through electrolysis to break up the water molecule into a hydrogen and oxygen. 13:14 You're also imparting electrons, 13:16 you know, as you're pushing the electricity through. 13:18 And now come, come a lot of charged 13:20 particles, negatively charged particles of hydrogen and oxygen as well. 13:24 And those electrons are implanted into the body, 13:26 similar to what you get from earthing 13:28 mats or grounding or walking on the beach, or in nature and waterfalls. 13:32 And those native ions are associated with better move, better circulation. 13:37 And also and so it's interesting men in so many ways this is like correlating 13:42 and to how hydrogen can benefit the body like this. 13:46 And it all makes sense from what we're seeing experientially. 13:49 And the signs point it all in the same directions. 13:51 You know, the sign. 13:52 It's all making sense 13:53 for real quick to finish these up is like improved brain function. 13:56 You just mental sharpness, improved memory. 13:58 And these are things that the person would, you know, notice. 14:01 And I mean I'm so much better at multitasking now 14:03 and just being productive. 14:05 And a lot of people come in 14:06 and then I can remember things now before I my mind wasn't so sharp. 14:10 And even in cases like Parkinson's, out of timers, dementia, 14:13 we see reduced symptoms of Parkinson's, even going from like, say, 14:17 one hour of treatment per day to 2 to 3 hour 14:19 treatments per day with Parkinson's, kinds of symptoms decrease. 14:23 So not necessarily 14:23 this is a cure all, but I mean, hey, 14:25 it's improving the quality of life of these people and especially the people 14:28 caretaking these their parents or elderly, elderly, 14:32 you know, people in their family or their spouses, they'll call me back. 14:35 I was like, you know, this is changing. 14:36 I can't believe this. This all excited. 14:39 And then the fifth thing to wrap some of these are the five things that we noticed. 14:42 And what science is backing up is faster healing in general, less prone 14:45 to clothes and flutes and especially recovery from the joints. 14:49 You know, my planter fasciitis in my foot, 20 14:51 years of pain even after breathing for five, six, seven years. 14:55 It didn't help my foot. 14:56 But bagging my foot 14:57 over the course of two weeks off and on, the pain had gone away.
How Hydrogen Works in the Body 15:01 And so no, no, no, that tenderness on my foot 15:03 when I touch it in the morning to stand up out of the bed. 15:05 And I didn't think, I thought that was like permanent, 15:08 you know, bone issue or something. And they said, oh, I can never fix it. 15:11 I said, I'll just try it. 15:12 And you're like, oh my God, I should have done this, you know, a long time ago. 15:15 But just faster healing in your immune system. 15:18 Well, I mean, 15:18 then the thing with the immune system, I mean, and people don't recognize their, 15:22 their normal cells, they have mitochondria, they need energy. 15:26 And so if you are fatigue yourself, if you don't, if you're 15:31 if you're battery is not charged to the level that it needs to be 15:35 charged, you're you're going to have a sluggish immune system. 15:38 Your white blood cells are going to be exhausted. 15:40 They're going to be crawling around and they see a cancer cell 15:43 and they look at it say, I don't know if I can take this guy today. 15:47 You know, I'm just two to wiped out. 15:49 So we we need to I mean they they need to be charged as well. 15:54 And you're talking about the mitochondria, which is kind of the energy factory 15:57 of the cell. 15:59 I mean essentially what we have we have what's called the electron 16:02 transport chain. 16:03 You know, we got electrons moving through these different stations, complex one, 16:07 two, three, four and then kind of the ATP or energy production towards the end. 16:11 But as the electrons are moving through 16:14 we need to have that a positive charge we have. 16:17 Then the hydrogen essentially is that positive charge on the other side 16:22 of the electrons to allow them to then kind of move through. 16:26 So hydrogen is this an essential part 16:28 for the functionality of your energy factories, your mitochondria. 16:34 And that relates into every tissue obviously. Yes. 16:37 You're talking about brain. 16:38 You're talking about tissue regeneration, which is important. 16:41 All that requires energy and your immune system, your immune system needs energy. 16:46 So whatever we can do to soup them up instead of being a tired cop on on 16:52 a, on a block, you know that that is, you know, 60 plus years old 16:56 and you have a hard time moving and and, you know, been eating way too many donuts. 16:59 And we we want the 30 year old that this special force trained. 17:04 And it's out there and vigilant and ready to jump into action. 17:09 That's the kind of museum we want. 17:11 And that's what something like hydrogen. 17:14 When we soup up the energy, that's what we can create. 17:18 Right? 17:18 Right. I like to make the analogy, okay. 17:20 Your house is a mess. 17:21 Things are disorganized 17:22 and it's in disrepair, so you don't have the energy to do it. 17:26 And so you see that like if you've got the energy, 17:29 like if your mitochondria has the energy at such a low level, 17:31 you're more motivated. 17:32 I mean, that's what I thought it was just more 17:34 I could do a hydrogen in the morning for like, 17:36 you know, 20, 30 minutes and it's like jump starts 17:38 me and then just I'm more productive and energetic throughout the day 17:41 and I can get more things done. 17:43 And so your house can be clean. It's just like your body. 17:45 Your body is broken down, toxic. 17:47 It needs to be cleaned up. 17:49 And it doesn't directly help with detoxing, but it helps your body's 17:52 natural ability to get a detox and all in order decrease the inflammation. 17:56 More energy. You feel better and your body knows what to do. 17:58 Given the right resources to work with well, I mean, you need energy 18:02 for detoxification too, you know? 18:04 So every cell, for every function, you need energy. 18:07 I mean, it's like you cleaning your house. 18:09 You got to have energy to clean out the closets and clean everything. 18:12 I mean, the cells are the same way. 18:14 Or if you need to repair, you got to fix a leaky roof. 18:17 You got to have energy get up on the roof and pound some nails. 18:21 And the same in the cells. 18:22 If the cells don't have the energy, 18:24 none of that it's going to get down or is going to be very subpar. 18:28 Maybe instead of can I doing a perfect roof, be putting some, 18:32 you know, some cardboard on top of it just to stop it for, for now. 18:36 And that's not what we want. 18:38 We want solid tissue. 18:39 And we know with cancer if the tissue integrity is weak, 18:44 if it's not strong, then cancer has a much better ability 18:48 to move into that tissue and set up shop. 18:50 We we want to have clear tissue that can say no, no means no. 18:55 We want those kind of cells and and that requires energy. 18:59 And you talked about, you know, free radicals 19:01 that those are the very big term back in the 90s. 19:04 I remember even kind of late 80s, you know, 19:06 we talked about free radicals and and how that was the, 19:09 the driver of, of cancer, you know, the free radicals production. 19:13 And the way to then negate these free radicals were antioxidants. 19:18 And so then we're thinking of, you know, vitamin E, vitamin A, vitamin C, selenium. 19:23 These were kind of the things that we're talking about by antioxidant. 19:26 But but hydrogen, like you said, that goes after free radicals. 19:30 It's a powerful antioxidant. 19:32 And so can we compare can of the the ability of 19:36 as an antioxidant of hydrogen versus something like vitamin C, vitamin E, 19:42 are they equal in their effectiveness as an antioxidant? 19:48 It depends on how you look at it. 19:50 Hydrogen works with your body's natural ability to create its own 19:54 natural antioxidants, which is great. 19:56 Like I said, it updates up, regulates the natural production of glutathione. 20:00 It also neutralizes some of the most dangerous 20:03 free radicals in the body, like the super oxidase and that hydrogen 20:06 peroxide that, you know, a little bit of that is good. 20:09 Like the medic stressors, like after exercise, you need some of that 20:13 to for your body to build back better and stronger. Right. 20:15 But the hydrogen seems to help prepare your body for those 20:20 stressors in the way that it's prepped to have more endurance 20:24 and more performance when you need it. 20:26 And also it helps you recover faster as well. 20:28 So it's primed. 20:29 Another interesting thing is 20:30 I notice enough people notice that if your body is primed with the hydrogen, 20:34 you go out into the sun, you don't sunburn, which is kind of crazy. 20:38 The thing I have a friend that's bald. 20:40 He would go out in the sun to meditate every day. He's like, 20:42 damn, since I started to hydrate, I don't get red on my my head anymore. 20:45 I don't get someone as easily as before. 20:47 And so when the family, 20:49 when my family goes to the beach now, I'll prep with the hydrogen 20:51 they put in all these sudden creams on. 20:53 It's like, you know, it's like amazing. 20:55 And another interesting study 20:56 that NASA did a study on how they can prep their astronauts 20:59 on long trip to Mars to protect themselves from the solar radiation.
Five Key Benefits of Hydrogen 21:02 Right. 21:03 They come back and say, well, 21:04 these molecular hydrogen, I'm like, oh my God, that's that's crazy. 21:06 So they know. 21:07 And some of the early studies with regards to health and hydrogen were protecting 21:10 from radiation, which is all about reducing oxidative stress. 21:13 You can think when radiation or the sun hits your skin to burn it, 21:17 let's say, well, what's going on when you actually burn your skin? 21:19 It's almost like a fire. 21:21 It's raking up those molecules and you're creating these reactive oxygen species. 21:25 Well, if those are not neutralized right away, the bind with your DNA 21:30 and damage other selves. 21:31 So imagine if your body is primed with hydrogen, that hydrogen is 21:34 right there to quickly neutralize those free radicals 21:37 that would have giving you that summer and or done other DNA damage. 21:42 So it's really 21:42 I mean, 21:43 there's not a whole lot of science out there 21:44 connecting these dots, but you haven't experienced firsthand. 21:46 And then looking at some of the 21:48 connecting the dots, it's like, oh my God, this works. 21:50 And there's like, there's a path to see how and why it works. 21:54 And then to put that into, we start seeing all these effects. 21:57 So like I started doing the research. Well what does the science say. 22:00 Are there little research papers. 22:02 You know, backing this up? 22:03 I kind of took a roundabout approach. 22:04 I didn't start looking at papers and said, what's cool? 22:06 You know, I was like, well, maybe. 22:08 Is there other research papers and articles to back up what I'm seeing? 22:11 So, so, okay, I like to read off a few studies that I found interesting recently. 22:15 Oh good. 22:16 Yeah yeah yeah yeah, I would like and I would like to 22:19 just kind of add in regards to your talking about the sunburn. 22:23 So they, they actually did studies way back when. 22:25 Is this not with hydrogen. These are with, with antioxidant. 22:28 But it kind of equates to it where you had 22:31 these these rabbits, these poor rabbits, they go through a lot. 22:34 And where they took a group of rabbits, exposed them to sunshine. 22:38 They developed melanomas or, you know, skin cancers. 22:42 And then they had another group where they prepped them, them with antioxidants, 22:47 you know, whether it was vitamin C or A and all of these kind of things 22:50 and prep them and then they expose them to the same amount of, 22:54 of sunlight radiation. 22:55 And there is none, no development of skin cancer. 22:58 So it just shows the protective effect from these, you know, 23:02 their reactive oxygen species or free radical production. 23:06 And with utilizing these kind of tools, these antioxidants. 23:10 So that happens externally. 23:12 But it also what happens externally happens internally as well. 23:16 So when we have these reactive oxygen species the free radicals stress inside 23:21 the these type of antioxidants is that extra layer of protection 23:26 so that the tissue does not get damaged and start to kind of move into 23:30 looking like cancer. 23:33 Right, right, exactly. 23:34 And so now to to bring you back to the the theme of the summit here in cancer 23:38 and how we can relate that into actually put up some studies on 23:42 is more and more people nowadays are looking at, 23:44 you know, connecting the dots and how, you know, hydrogen therapy can be beneficial 23:48 to cancer patients. Right. 23:50 And some of that lead off a few studies have found here. 23:52 It's like in a study on colorectal cancer, 55 patients 23:56 with stage four cancer inhaled molecular hydrogen gas for three months. 24:00 They say this stopped progression of the cancer, improved overall survival. 24:05 And they say likely by recovering the CD a positive T cells 24:09 proving the T cells your immune system basically right there. 24:11 Another study here lung cancer trial with 42 patients inhaled 24:15 molecular hydrogen gas for up to 60 months, 24:19 leading to longer overall survival through increased coenzyme Q10 levels. 24:25 Another one here in a trial covering lung, liver, pancreatic 24:29 and other advanced cancers. 24:30 82 patients at stage three and four inhaled hydrogen 24:34 gas for at least three months, achieving complete or partial remission 24:39 with a 57.5% disease control rate. 24:43 When more when I read off here, then I got two new ones that have just come out. 24:47 Another lung cancer study was 48. 24:49 Patients use hydrogen gas inhalation for five months. 24:52 Either alone or with anti-cancer drugs extending progression free survival. 24:59 So interesting how 25:01 studies in those were of a few years old. 25:04 Like two more reasons one, just in 2026 you're coming out. 25:07 I'm always staying up to date like, man, this because it's funny 25:10 memories, connections coming out 25:11 like kind of like corroborating what we're seeing right with with what we're doing. 25:15 And so, yeah, in 2026, a randomized pilot in drug design 25:21 development in therapy on patients with small pulmonary nodules 25:26 found that hydrogen inhalation reduce nodule diameter and reduce inflammation. 25:31 Markers L.D., IL six protein right in the blood, they found. 25:36 It also reduced a type of white blood cell 25:39 that rises during inflammation. 25:42 You know, this was seen especially in smokers over three months 25:45 with no significant change in male malignancy risk scores. 25:51 Yeah. 25:52 Another one, this the last one I mentioned July. 25:54 So it's like super reasoning. 25:55 Just a couple of months ago in the World Journal of Clinical Cases, 25:59 three patients with high grade brain tumors like glioblastoma 26:03 who use long term home hydrogen inhalation after standard therapy. 26:07 After standard therapy, they achieved survival 26:11 times far exceeding typical expectations with marked functional recovery, 26:16 and in some cases, imaging showed no residual tumor. 26:20 So bottom line here and all these studies in cases in journal articles, hydrogen 26:25 reduces the progression of cancer, made these cases and extends life, 26:29 and especially that most people interested in just their health span. 26:31 Just feeling better. 26:33 Yeah. Yeah I love it. 26:35 And and that's I mean and that's what we were looking for.
Hydrogen, Cancer, and Clinical Studies 26:38 We want to have safe, active therapies 26:41 that are restorative, generative rather than detrimental. 26:46 You know, that breaks down their toxic and that interferes with our immune system. 26:51 I mean obviously sometimes those type of therapies are needed. 26:54 But whatever we can do to, you know, 26:58 bring in tools that are not harmful, we want to do that. 27:02 So one question that I have, because there are obviously and from 27:07 I know there's 27:08 a lot of different technologies in regards to producing hydrogen gas. 27:12 And I know that that some of the machines out there actually when you 27:17 inhale that gas, you also then inhale a little bit of heavy metals as well. 27:23 So there there's you know, you got to have a very system 27:27 that does not put you at risk for heavy metal toxicity as well. 27:31 Right, right, right. 27:34 Good question. And I get that question a lot. 27:35 And that's because a lot of other companies 27:37 are pushing actually that's disinformation. 27:40 And because as a scientist and engineer and doing these studies, 27:44 I know some competitors are pushing that, oh, 27:45 this machine is not produce a heavy metals. 27:47 You got to be, 27:48 you know, concerned about that or they don't use the right materials. 27:51 In my engineering physics background, it's like it's impossible to produce 27:55 hydrogen gas in the way all these modern day 27:56 machines produce hydrogen gas with including any heavy metals 28:00 you can think of as when you distilled water, you're basically 28:03 in the process of creating the hydrogen gas and oxygen gas. 28:07 You're basically distilling it. 28:08 So any heavy metals or contaminants are left behind. 28:11 It's impossible for any other heavy metals to come out. 28:13 What they're doing is mixing studies that have when early on 28:17 when people were like putting, you know, electrodes in the water, 28:22 you know, with the route, you plan on pushing the hydrogen 28:25 through that in the metals on the plates would be just mixing with the water. 28:29 And then people are drinking that water. 28:31 So that's where some potential hydrogen or heavy metal contamination can come from. 28:35 And that's super old hydrogen water bottles. 28:37 And so some companies just to say, oh, the bad mouth. 28:40 Others they'll say, oh, 28:42 there they use bad plates or they're contaminated with heavy metals. 28:45 So it's literally impossible. 28:47 That's like super old technology even with, you know, can use 28:50 a little bit of mean stainless steel. 28:52 You measure the hydrogen gas coming out in any contents of that, 28:56 do the spectrum analysis, whereas 28:58 spectrum analysis of the nerves coming out, you won't find anything. 29:01 So I still have just this information in scare taxes out there. 29:04 So does all the machines. Don't know. Good. You know by hours. 29:06 No, I'm talking good about all the modern day 29:08 hydrogen means they all produce, you know, good, high quality hydrogen. 29:11 And so I'm glad you brought that. 29:13 Another thing to be aware of that some, some people may be saying is 29:16 you'll see with the goggles and just putting a plug in the hydrogen 29:19 into your ears and right into your eyes, 29:21 that's another, in my opinion, a marketing gimmick. 29:23 And it's actually dangerous. 29:24 The reason a restaurant inhalation is because you're taking a breath of air. 29:28 It's a small minute amount of hydrogen, 29:30 so you want to keep the hydrogen concentration below 4.7%. 29:34 In our machines, you can decrease the amount of hydrogen gas 29:37 coming out of them. 29:37 So you can calculate that to the size of your lungs 29:40 and how much you're how much you're breathing to make sure it's an honor. 29:43 Allowable concentration of hydrogen. 29:45 The problem with these goggles in these emfs is that's pure hydrogen. 29:49 And there are cases where people walk around the carpet in a cold environment, 29:53 socks in the carpet, build a side charge, touch the cannula and pop, 29:57 you know, so hydrogen final so that pure hydrogen, 30:00 it'll set off a spark and it'll pop like a balloon. 30:02 It's not like a fire explosion, but it'll just pop. 30:04 And so. 30:05 But you don't want to pop a balloon on your eyes or your ears. 30:08 So in my opinion, that's just like, dangerous. 30:10 Those people. 30:11 Anyone selling also just don't understand the physics. 30:13 Tell you what, this stuff. I know things up just to test it. 30:15 I want to know. 30:17 And so but the also to to know you get more than enough hydrogen. 30:21 Just buy it through the inhalation. It goes right up into your cranial cavity. 30:23 The cavity acts like a a bag containing for the hydrogen. 30:27 It's less like it's it'll contain the hydrogen in there for a certain time, 30:31 to give it more than a time to penetrate into your eyes and ears. 30:34 It helps with tinnitus. 30:35 You know, the end of the ears. 30:37 Some of the early studies in hydrogen were actually used for glaucoma treatments 30:41 and macro macro degeneration of the eyes, you know, improving the blood flow 30:45 in your capillaries to help improve your eyesight in these eye 30:48 conditions, diseases. 30:50 So it's like an unnecessary risk to do these. 30:53 And I wouldn't just read their like normal you know Rex effectively. 30:57 Yeah. Yeah. 30:58 And you you seem to have both of your eyes intact.
Safety, Machine Quality, and Practical Use 31:01 So so none of them exploded when you did did your, your research. 31:05 Yeah. 31:07 Like an egg in the goggles. 31:08 Right to see you know. So. 31:12 Yeah. Yeah, yeah. 31:13 You're on. Good. 31:13 But so to to tie back to cancer again said, you know, why should cancer patients 31:17 consider the hydrogen inhalation especially if you're doing, you know, 31:20 conventional therapy. 31:21 What in all cases I mean like to say it reduces 31:25 conventional treatment side effects. 31:27 There's a lot of side effects from conventional treatment. 31:29 And I see patients that just just run down with these conventional treatments. 31:32 But when they start the hydrogen, they just feel so much better. 31:34 So it improves the quality of life there. 31:36 It enhances the treatment effectiveness no matter what protocols you're doing. 31:41 You know, synergistically it works with other, 31:43 you know, treatments for cancer protocols. Right. 31:46 We already talked about it supports you in natural 31:48 your natural body's immune system and function there. 31:51 It managed pain and advantages pain and discomfort caused by other treatments. 31:55 It enhances recovery and healing overall in general 31:58 and includes the quality of your life. 31:59 And again I said that's what I'll looking for here. 32:03 Yeah. And that's the thing. 32:04 I mean, we know you know, chemo brain that's a big deal. 32:08 And we know that the fatigue that both chemo 32:11 and radiation, what it does, you know that that is a big deal. 32:14 We have like neuropathy you know, in bag your feet then with hydrogen 32:19 you know to help to, you know, support the the the the nerves. 32:23 You know that that's a big deal. 32:24 So all these things can benefit from from hydrogen utilizing hydrogens. 32:30 Well Ben this this is awesome. 32:32 And how where can people go to kind of find out more and to 32:36 I mean I, I have a machine because I believe in it. 32:40 I have it for my patients. I love hydrogen. 32:43 So we're can people go to acquire a hydrogen machine? 32:47 Tap this up in a nutshell here. 32:49 Oh, you know, we've seen it jump starts the healing process 32:52 by supporting all your major body systems in a holistic way. 32:55 Holistic way. 32:56 It's safe. 32:56 It's natural to the body's natural, produced in your gut. 32:59 It's easy, can be used in conjunction with other therapies. 33:02 We've got positive results from our clients, 33:04 and they're all backed up by research and studies that we've shown right now. 33:07 You know, we've come to the sponsor doctor talks, 33:09 some of you, because I thought it's even more important to get this out there. 33:12 It's kind of new to a lot of people. Like, I've never heard of this. 33:14 Why haven't I heard of this? 33:15 And so I'm thinking, I feel like I do need to just get out there 33:18 speaking more and bringing this to more people's attention. Right. 33:21 And so our company does offer hydrogen inhalation 33:23 machine, one of the more modern ones, and it's evolved over time. 33:25 I've been doing this for seven years, and I've tweaked things along the way, 33:28 features that I want them to believe in, like, you know, like the sort of the light 33:31 off that night to adjust the hydrogen volume and so on. 33:34 But, you know, I honestly think that would be 33:37 one of the best deals out there for the money. 33:39 And we also also offer a 30 minute free consultation. 33:43 And most of those cases, you'll be talking to me 33:44 and I've talked with thousands of clients 33:46 now, both getting feedback and tweaking and protocols and stuff. 33:50 And so I've got a wealth of knowledge, 33:51 and I can kind of tailor that discussion to just you and work alongside doctors 33:56 as well at doctor right here, but also not as we get so many, 34:00 so few returns that I'm offering a 60 day money back guarantee. 34:02 If you don't feel the difference, you know, send it back. 34:05 This is taking people's money. 34:06 I like getting the testimonials back from people. 34:08 And just recently I need to get you a copy of this as well, doctor. 34:11 But I created a protocols document that I've been wanting to do 34:14 for the longest time, so it's about 20 pages long now. 34:17 It contains feedback
Where to Learn More and Get a Machine 34:18 from thousands of clients I've talked with, 34:20 and this is probably hundreds of thousands of dollars. 34:22 It's no price on it. 34:23 And it's like the protocols and treatments and my recommendations on using it. 34:27 That is great for practitioners like yourself, 34:30 but this is something that's exclusive to us. 34:33 And what I've learned over the last several years, 34:34 this is this comes free for all of our clients as well. 34:37 And so yeah, so yeah, I'm 34:40 definitely going to get you a copy of that I love that I love that. 34:43 That'd be awesome. Yeah. 34:45 And then and so we're also offering a discount for people 34:49 watching this summit now. 34:50 Like if you just type in doctor talks it's a discount coupon. 34:53 You'll get an extra discount on our website. 34:56 Not sure how much longer 34:57 this is going to be available, but it's there in our website. Again. 35:00 H2biohacker.com where you can find lots more information. 35:04 Lots more details on our new, you know, models of machines. 35:07 We got out. 35:08 And like I said the protocols document alone is like, you know, worth looking at 35:12 because I was getting so many questions for that. 35:14 And that's been hours on the phone with okay, 35:15 now it's all packaged nicely, neatly, I guess. Read this. 35:18 This is what you need to know is how to how to maximize the benefits 35:21 from hydrogen. 35:22 Now it's all one nice neat package I love it, love it. 35:26 That's awesome. 35:26 Well, well Ben, I always love our conversation. 35:30 And thank you for driving this kind of technology forward because I feel 35:34 that that I mean, for the amount of money it's not that expensive. 35:38 Yeah. To to buy a machine. 35:39 And this is something that you can use at home every day. 35:43 And your family, your grandkids, your parents, you know who ever friends. 35:49 Yeah. 35:49 It's it's a phenomenal device. 35:51 Ben, thank you so much for your time. 35:53 Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. For the for your lifetime. 35:56 Yeah. 35:56 So 30 years from now, you're still going to need nitrogen. 35:59 Yeah. 35:59 And the best cancer is, 36:01 is, you know, either the one you never get or the one that never returns. 36:05 So that's what we want. So. 36:07 Well thank you, Ben. 36:08 This has been awesome. 36:09 I really appreciate you. Yep. 36:12 Thanks as well. Thanks for having me here. Thanks.
