Measure fitness after 50 at home! For the guide: https://www.flippingfifty.com/fitness-scorecard Find out if you’re fit to last and where to put your time and energy so you get more optimal results from your exercise time.

Measures of fitness that are more important after 50 are those related directly to longevity and mortality. By measuring where you are now and having a table to compare yourself to norms, you have two important peices of data.
You can compare your fitness scores to others in your age group and get an idea of what would be the next goal to move up in categories. And you can compare your fitness level now to one after a month or two of training for improvement to see (and feel) progress.
Components of fitness for longevity include mobility, stability, power, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
